Jim Tefft

Directs delivery of consulting services, business development and operations for regional office and supports/coordinates technical and staffing needs within the office. Designs, manages and monitors hazardous material remediation projects to include preliminary site survey and material sampling for laboratory analytical testing. Performs EPA AHERA regulated periodic building inspections and makes written recommendations on appropriate response actions where necessary. Conducts indoor air quality investigations and hazardous chemical assessments and develops comprehensive recommendations & solutions to identified problems. Oversees documentation of work performed by office and assists in the compilation of information into comprehensive written reports. Position requires in-depth working & technical knowledge of federal and state regulations impacting each project.
