EPCRA – Community Right to Know

People who live near facilities that use hazardous chemicals are entitled by law to know what they are encountering in the air, water and soil. These laws and regulations are commonly called “Community Right to Know”. At the Institute for Environmental Assessment, Inc. (IEA), our health and safety consultants help clients fulfill the requirements of the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA).
